Everyone needs a healthy, happy, and productive life. We offer 25 days holiday and 8 bank holidays (pro rata for part time staff). Also additional non-contractual holidays at Christmas, when the office is closed and a day off for your birthday.

We want you to work when and where you're most productive, whether you’re an early bird or a night owl. We encourage you to balance your home and work commitments by allowing remote working. Currently office based staff are expected to come into the London office on average 2 days per week.

We provide private medical insurance for you with the option of adding your family at your own cost. Our private medial insurance is currently provided by the ECB Healthcare Trust.

We have a healthcare cash plan where for a monthly contribution you can get cash back on various treatments such as: dental, physiotherapy, chiropractor, osteopathy etc.

We recognise the importance of volunteering and support staff to take up to 2 days of paid volunteering leave each year.

We pay employer pension contributions of 8% into our pension scheme administered by Legal & General. It is a non-contributory scheme, which means that the scheme is totally funded by Chance to Shine
and that you do not need to make a personal contribution, however you are able opt to sacrifice your salary for increased pension contributions.

We offer enhanced company maternity/adoption pay subject to qualifying criteria. We pay 8 weeks at full pay, followed by 8 weeks at half pay and the remaining 31 weeks at statutory maternity/adoption pay.

We offer enhanced company paternity pay subject to qualifying criteria. We will make up the difference between statutory pay and your basic salary so you will receive full pay for 2 weeks. 

We offer Life Assurance at four times your basic salary and insurance to cover you if you are sick long term.
