We pay employer pension contributions of 8% into our pension scheme administered by Legal & General. It is a non-contributory scheme, which means that the scheme is totally funded by Chance to Shine
and that you do not need to make a personal contribution, however you are able opt to sacrifice your salary for increased pension contributions.

We provide and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to help you with support and advice on any problem and will work with you to find the best way of dealing with it. This is a support service providing counselling via telephone. It is confidential and available to you free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Enhanced maternity/adoption pay

We offer enhanced company maternity/adoption pay subject to qualifying criteria. We pay 8 weeks at full pay, followed by 8 weeks at half pay and the remaining 31 weeks at statutory maternity/adoption pay.

We offer enhanced company paternity pay subject to qualifying criteria. We will make up the difference between statutory pay and your basic salary so you will receive full pay for 2 weeks.
